BLT Pizza

ngredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), or according to package directions for pizza dough.
  2. Place bacon in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, and fry until browned, but not crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Stretch pizza dough out over a pizza stone, pan, or cookie sheet. Brush the dough with olive oil. Spread the shredded mozzarella over the crust, and arrange the tomatoes over the cheese. Chop bacon, and sprinkle evenly over the pizza.
  4. Bake pizza for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted in the center. While the pizza is in the oven, toss the shredded lettuce with mayonnaise, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Top the finished pizza with the dressed lettuce, and serve immediately.

Teryakki Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag of Wing drumettes thawed
  • 1 bottle of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 c Honey

Preparation:

  1. Mix teriyaki sauce and honey together. Put wings in a bowl with a lid so you can shake it.
  2. Pour in the sauce mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
  4. Put wings in a deep dish pan and pour sauce over it.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.

Jim’s All-Purpose Chili – great on hot dogs or for eating

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef – brown and finely chopped
  • 32 oz spicy chili beans
  • 32 oz kidney beans
  • 12 oz can of tomato soup
  • 64 oz tomato juice
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Chili powder to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a crock or a large pot.  Cook 4+ hours or until desired thickness is achieved.  Season with cayenne pepper and chili powder to taste.  Chopped onions can be added for additional flavor.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cubed
  • 1/8 cup margarine
  • 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

Preparation:

  1. Put chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

Add cream cheese and soup, mix together and cook on high for another 1/2 hour or until heated through and warm.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2  boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1  8oz pkg cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1  8oz bottle Blue Cheese salad dressing
  • 1 8oz pkg of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1  bottle of  red hot sauce

Preparation:

Mix in a slow cooker. Serve hot with tortilla chips and celery

Meatballs

Ingredients:
•2 lbs ground chuck
•1 cup bread crumbs
•3 eggs
•1 pkg onion soup mix

Mix ingredients together well and form into meatballs.  Put in baking dish.

Sauce:
•1 can whole cranberry sauce
•1 bottle Chili Sauce
•1 bottle water (use ketchup bottle for water)
•2/3 cup brown sugar
•1 cup sauerkraut

Preparation:
Boil sauce ingredients and pour over balls.  Bake Covered one hour;
uncovered for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
