Tempeh Stir Fry


Looking for a healthier start to 2014?
Try Carbo’s Tempeh Stir Fry!

1 package of Tempeh (sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices)
Saute with oil and soy sauce. Remove from pan, reserve until plating.
2 cups cooked quinoa
Reserve until plating
12 oz bean sprouts
4 oz water chestnuts
4 oz bamboo shoots
12 oz of imitation beef (cooked)
12 oz of thawed oriental vegetables

Place all items in a wok and stir and heat. Add about 1/4 cup of lite soy sauce.
